My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, collaborative environment where you feel safe to be your authentic self

Life can be tough sometimes and reaching out for support takes courage. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and be supported. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, collaborative environment where you feel safe to be your authentic self while working towards meaningful and lasting change. I believe the most healing happens when clients feel supported and empowered.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. I also support individuals navigating suicidality and self-injury, trauma, grief and loss, as well as women struggling with maternal mental health.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with person-centered and strengths-based care. I also incorporate mindfulness-based and mind-body practices in my work. Every person is different, so I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, values, and pace. Together, we will build skills to help manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping, while also exploring past experiences.

Whether you are hoping to reconnect with yourself, find relief from overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, dive into past experiences, or feel more grounded, you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey!

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of school and counseling, I love hot yoga classes (the hotter the better!), exploring new restaurants in Nashville, and watching sit-coms. I also enjoy getting creative through photography, doodling, scrapbooking, and puzzles!
